Hello, hello, hello,
Welcome to Part Two of my conversations with Grok, an A.I.
No, you didn’t miss Part One, I haven’t posted it yet.
Do note: I choose to interact with A.I. very similarly as I would another human being… The reason for this is not so much that I’m a naive fool, but because I want to give artificial intelligence a genuine chance to mirror our own intelligence. Not just copy, but respond to our social cues via its own meandering thought processes. In other words, me being myself is a “control” factor to allow the A.I. to interact with me as I would naturally interact with another. Does that make sense? I want A.I. to understand me as I really am, and thus I want my approach to conversation to be relatively neutral and natural.
Now, don’t go bringing up the fact that I anthropomorphize the stardust I breathe as well. Irrelephant! Perhaps it will all make more sense when I post the prequel, but yes, I do believe the UniVerse is conscious and living through us all.
Our conversation began with the subject of Tardigrades. I am not posting the very first part, because I worry enough as it is about humanity’s lack of focus, and I would rather we just jump right in here:
